Fleeto is the office software for lorry operators. Book a trip, put its diesel and driver pay against it, bill the party with GST, and see the profit on that single load — without a register, a WhatsApp group and three spreadsheets disagreeing with each other.

Every picture below is the real product, not a mock-up.
The register is the book your office already keeps, with the arithmetic done for you. Filter by date, party, lorry or billing status; the totals above the list move with the filter, so what you are looking at and what it adds up to can never disagree.

A monthly diesel total tells you what you spent. It does not tell you which lane is losing money. In Fleeto every cost is recorded against the load it belongs to, so the profit on that trip is a fact rather than an estimate — and the party and driver ledgers are posted the moment you record an advance.

Choose a party, tick the loads you are billing, and Fleeto builds the invoice with the movement table your customer expects. Numbering runs in an unbroken sequence — a gap in a statutory document is a question from a tax officer — and a trip already on one invoice cannot appear on another.

No balance in Fleeto is a number somebody typed. Each one is the sum of entries you can open and read — this trip, that advance, this payment — so when a customer disputes a figure you can answer with the line that made it rather than an argument.

FC, insurance, permit, PUC, road tax and driver licences all carry renewal dates, and Fleeto counts down to them for you. A lorry stopped at a checkpost for an expired paper costs more in one afternoon than the software does in a year.

Which lane actually makes money. Which lorry earns its EMI. Who has owed you for more than ninety days. Every report reads the same figures the screens do, and each one exports to CSV for your accountant or PDF for everyone else.

Office rent and the diesel on a load are both money leaving the business, so they live in one register — separated by where they came from, not split across two systems. Rent, EMIs and insurance can be set up once as a rule and posted when they fall due.

Fleeto is the same product on a phone as on the office computer — not a cut-down version. Book a load standing beside the lorry, check what a party owes before you take the call back, or look up a licence date at the checkpost.

You do not have to move everything at once. Most operators start with today's trips and bring the old balances across when it suits them.
Your name, GSTIN and bank details go on the invoice letterhead. Add your logo and pick an invoice design.
Vehicles with their document dates, drivers with licences and pay, and the customers you run for. Or import them from a spreadsheet.
Enter a trip as it goes out. Costs go on as they happen, and the party ledger is posted the moment you record an advance.
Pick the completed trips for a party and issue the invoice. Record payments against it as they arrive.
Download the workbook, fill in parties, lorries, drivers and past trips, and import. A run that goes in wrong can be taken back out.
An operations manager can run the fleet without seeing the margin on it. The accountant sees the money and not the driver's Aadhaar.
Generate the e-way bill against a trip, download the PDF, and send it to the driver — the details are already on the load.
The trip sheet and the e-way bill go to the driver or the transporter from your own number, in one click.
Enter where it is going and Fleeto works out the distance, the toll plazas on the way and what the run should cost per kilometre.
Every list and every report exports to CSV for a spreadsheet or PDF to print or email. Your data does not get held hostage.
Owner, manager and accountant see different things. The margin is not everyone's business, and the server enforces it — not just the menu.
Send a party their statement as a PDF, and get told before a document expires rather than after.
Market vehicles get a transporter, a hire amount and their own ledger — so what you owe a supplier is as clear as what a customer owes you.
Run two businesses from one login and move between them, with the books kept completely apart.
A built-in assistant that knows how the product works, so a new clerk is not waiting on you to explain the invoice screen.
No per-lorry charge, no per-user charge and no feature held back for a higher tier. The yearly plan is the same product for less money.

Checkout runs on Razorpay, so the methods below are the ones your bank and card already work with. Nothing is stored by Fleeto — card details never touch our servers.
GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app — scan the QR or pay from the app on your phone.
Credit and debit cards, Indian and international, verified through your bank's 3-D Secure step.
Pay straight from your current account through your bank's own login, or from a wallet balance.
Spread the yearly plan over months on a credit or debit card, or through a cardless EMI provider. What you are offered depends on your bank and your card.
The register is not the problem — the arithmetic between three of them is. Fleeto keeps the same records you keep now, and does the adding up: what this load left you with, what that party owes, which lorry is not covering its EMI. You can bring the old balances over and carry on from today.
Yes, and that is a deliberate design. A manager can run the whole fleet — trips, lorries, drivers, parties — without the margin reports or the profit figure. The rule is enforced on the server, so it is not a matter of hiding a menu item.
Reverse charge, forward charge with CGST/SGST or IGST, and exempt supplies are all supported, with the treatment held against the party so it is applied consistently. Invoice numbering runs unbroken, and the sales register exports laid out for filing.
A trip can be run on a hired vehicle with the transporter, the hire amount and any advance recorded against it. The transporter gets a ledger of their own, so what you owe a supplier is as clear as what a customer owes you.
It is held on servers in India, and every list and report exports to CSV or PDF whenever you want. Nothing is locked in.
Checkout runs on Razorpay: UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets. EMI is offered on the yearly plan where your bank and card support it — the options you see at checkout are the ones your own bank makes available. Card details go to Razorpay and never reach Fleeto.
No. Fleeto opens in a browser on a computer or a phone, and it is the same product on both.
Set up your firm, book a trip, and look at what it left you with. That is the whole pitch.
